Appointment of new headteacher at Rhyl High School

Mr Harris, the Chair of Governors at Rhyl High School’s, is delighted to announce that the governing body have appointed Mr Philip Collins as the new headteacher of Rhyl High School. Mr Collins is an experienced headteacher and will bring with him a wealth of experience and knowledge to the role.

Although the acting headteacher, Ms Ceri Ellis decided not to apply for the position, the Governing Body and local authority would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms Ellis for her outstanding work as acting headteacher during the recruitment process. Diolch yn fawr iawn.

Mr Collins is due to take up post at Rhyl High School on 2nd June 2025 after the Spring Half Term Break.
